Terms of service
The rules of the road.
Last updated: June 2026
By using Finish by Fri.day™ or buying any product on this site, you agree to these terms. They're short. Read them.
Who you're contracting with
Finish by Fri.day™ is a trademark and trade name of Optimize Income, LLC, a United States limited liability company. When these terms say "we," "us," or "Finish by Fri.day," they mean Optimize Income, LLC. The company operates this site and is the party you contract with when you buy a product or subscribe.
What you're buying
Each product page describes what you get. The short version:
- The framework ($37) — a downloadable PDF and supporting materials. One-time purchase, yours to keep.
- The Library ($97) — access to a growing collection of frameworks. "Lifetime access" and "forever" mean the working life of the product, which we expect to run 3-5 years or more; anything you've downloaded is yours to keep regardless.
- The OS ($297, when it launches) — same shape as the Library, plus the operating-layer materials. Same access definition.
- The Memo ($9/mo or $90/yr) — a recurring subscription. Cancel anytime, no questions, no retention friction.
What you can do with what you bought
Use the materials for your own work. Quote them. Apply them. Build on them.
What you can't do: redistribute them, resell them, post them publicly, or use them to train an AI model. The materials are licensed to you personally, not transferable.
Refunds
Every paid product has a 7-day money-back guarantee: Seven days, full refund, no questions. Email [email protected] within 7 days of buying and we refund in full. That's the whole process.
Refund requests go to [email protected]. We process them manually. We won't ask "are you sure" or run you through retention emails.
The full refund policy is at /refund.
Subscription terms (Memo)
If you subscribe to the Memo: you're charged at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual). You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. Cancellation is the same number of clicks as signup, in line with the FTC Click-to-Cancel rule and California's Automatic Renewal Law. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. No prorated refunds for partial periods. The 7-day guarantee covers the Memo's first charge: email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
Accuracy and disclaimers
The frameworks teach a method for using AI tools in your work. They're not professional advice, legal advice, or financial advice. We don't guarantee any specific business outcome from using them. They're tools, and tools work when you use them.
The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties beyond what's required by applicable law.
Limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Finish by Fri.day's liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before the claim arose. That's the same standard most SaaS terms use; it's not designed to be unusual.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the "last updated" date and announce it in the Friday Memo. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
